    The Eddys

    Greg Dean - piano/vocals
    Warwick Kennington - drums/vocals
    Matt Bienstock - lead guitar
    Dave Wray - tenor sax
    Dan Rondeau - double bass
    Eddy Haley - guitar/vocals
    Bruce Allen - Sax
    Dale Stephen - Bass

After Greg Dean and Eddy Haley departed The Zarsoff Brothers in 1983 they returned to the music they had performed with The Starliters in the late 70’s, and formed The Eddys.

With Matt Bienstock, ex Ratbags of Rhythm and Warwick Kennington, ex The Works, combined with the manic double bass playing of Dan Rondeau and the charismatic Dave Wray on sax, The Eddys enjoyed considerable success in the
Sydney music scene from 1984 through till the early 90’s, with their unique take on rockabilly and swing.

When Dave Wray left the band he was replaced by Bruce Allen, ex Dynamic Hepnotics, and when Dan Rondeau departed his spot was taken by Dale Stephen.
